• All my packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.
  Packing tape is biodegradable cellulose. No plastics here! 
   

• Small prints are individually sealed in a rigid envelope that will resist bending. Larger prints may be sent rolled in a postage tube.
   

• Original artworks are shipped accordingly as some are framed and others not - I use a professional service for large framed artworks to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
   

• You will receive a tracking number to the email you supply at checkout (and if applicable, your cell/mobile number.)
  I will never use your contact details for unwarranted spam, or to pass onto third parties. Please note my courier may also update you about your order status.
  

• If your artwork has arrived damaged, please reach me at hello@georginakreutzer.com to arrange a refund or new order at no cost to you.
  I cannot accept refunds for change of mind.

  
  A note on customs fees, taxes, VAT

  Please note that if ordering from outside Australia, your country may apply import duty taxes, VAT, or other fees, which must be paid upon collection of your print. Please be aware of these if applicable to your country – I can not be held responsible for the incurrence of any such fees.
